This product has been popping up all over the blog world recently and I can see why; it’s an easy way to get salon straight hair, at home. I know so many girls who straighten their hair and use a gallon of products every day because of unruly curls and frizz, but with this product you can banish the flyaways and enjoy swishing around your silky straight hair.
The Play it Straight ‘Straightening Blow Dry Kit’ from got2b works in just two steps – smoothing and sealing, which will give you straight, manageable, tame hair which will last up to 10 washes.
It contains a protein that helps loosen the bonds that make hair frizzy, whilst also giving lots of condition with ingredients like keratin and silk and wheat proteins, to help care for your hair at the same time. What I like about this product is that you can still wear your hair curly or wavy after using this product – it’ll just mean that the curls won’t be frizzy and shaggy, they’ll the smooth and silky instead. You can watch a video on how to use this product here so you can see how easy it is to use. |
Got2b play it straight is £6.99 RRP and available now from Boots, Superdrug, Asda, Savers and Amazon. You can also visit the got2b facebook page here to find out more information!
Do you suffer from frizzy hair? Will you be trying this new product for £6.99?

I would try absolutely anything to try and get rid of my frizz, but I'm always a little wary of any further chemical treatments as my hair is bleached. I'd be really interested to see if anyone with processed hair uses this with success 🙂

I'd moset definitely love to use something like this, but I'm always wary of what chemicals they actually do put intside. I might give a good and hope that my hair doesn't fall out!
someone i'm not sure who is clearly trying to cover up a dreadful product by deleting missbudgetbeautys comment! this was obviously a sponsored post and honestly i'm incredibly disappointed you delete a comment explaining the issues people have had with the product.
read this blog post it explains what this awful hair treatment does and look at the boots reviews people before you buy! – http://missbudgetbeauty.co.uk/?p=2194
Hi Ella.
First of all – I did not delete Ella's comment. I remember reading it – and her blog post, but would never, ever, delete a comment from anyone (unless it was incredibly nasty). I have no idea why it says it has been removed by a blog administrator, but I can assure you, that it was not me.
I pride myself on leaving honest, trustworthy reviews on this blog (please read a negative review from me here – http://mesluxes.blogspot.co.uk/2011/12/colour-xtreme-hair-art-review.html ), so I find it quite mean that you would accuse me of this. I will publish your comment – with the link to missbudgetbeauty's post, because I believe that everyone has the right to review a product and tell their honest opinion on that product.
Yes – this was 'obviously' a sponsored post, I stated it at the bottom – but I don't think you should hold that against me. This product might be exactly what someone is looking for, so why should I not post about it? Just because one person has a bad reaction to a product, doesn't mean everyone will.
I apologise for my angry comment , I was very frustrated and blamed something on you that I had no proof of!
I just wanted people to see two sides of the story although i wasn't bashing you for the sponsored post.
My anger should of been taken out on the brand , not you !
